TERROR FILMS Brings Their Killer Library Of Originals To More Genre Fans On MOMETU!
Terror Films, you know them and love them for some of the most interesting and compelling independent horror releases around. From blockbuster franchises like “Hell House, LLC” to up-and-coming films like the recently released “Jim’s Room” (read our review here), Terror Films has continued to deliver boundary-pushing genre cinema to the horror masses. Their recent announcement of a partnership with the indie streaming service, Mometu, now gives them a chance to widen their reach to a global audience!
Bryan Louzil, Mometu’s VP of Business Development, had this to say about the partnership:
“We’re thrilled to partner with Terror Films to bring horror fans even more must-see cult classics and hidden gems—completely free on Mometu. This collaboration reinforces our commitment to providing audiences with high-quality, hard-to-find genre films—making it easier than ever for viewers to discover and enjoy the best in independent horror filmmaking.”
MOMETU is a start-up streaming service, that provides premium live and on-demand programming using innovative free ad-supported television (FAST) technology. Dedicated to the discovery of thought-provoking movies, documentaries, TV series, and live channels, what sets Mometu apart is its catalog of over 10,000 hand-curated titles – compiled without the use of AI – that bring greater representation to under-the-radar creatives and contains cult favorites that can no longer be found online.
In addition to the entire TFR library, Mometu will also be releasing every film under the Global Digital Releasing banner, TFR’s sister label which specializes in award-winning documentaries.
“From the day we launched these labels, our goal has always been to expand our digital reach to as many platforms as possible. With the ever-changing digital landscape, this new, direct partnership with Mometu creates one more opportunity for our filmmakers to generate revenue streams”, stated TFR/GDR CEO, Joe Dain.
This is exciting news for both Terro Films’ fans as well as MOMETU’s, and you can get started with the service by heading to their site!
