DARK SKY FILMS Picks A Horrifying "BOOGER"

Cats are the kind of animals you love or hate, and while there is no objective measure to assess the quality of an animal we are safe in assuming that cats take the cake when it comes to horror. News out of the Berlin Film Festival is that Dark Sky Films have picked up a new stray, uh, we mean film from first-time feature-length filmmaker Mary Dauterman.

Booger is the name of the film and the synopsis is as follows, “…Anna, a New Yorker faced with the sudden and unexpected death of her best friend and roommate, Izzy, played by Sofia Dobrushin. As Anna grieves, Izzy’s cat, Booger, runs away, leading to a desperate search, only to be bitten on the hand by the cat. Anna soon takes on feline characteristics and her work life and relationship with her boyfriend go downhill.”

We are keen to see how this plays out, and we hope to cover BOOGER upon release!
