As the autumn season and Halloween start to make their slow descent into our lives, it's darn near impossible to ignore the exaggerating marking campaigns bestowed upon us. From pumpkin spice meatloaf to "spooky" serial.

For some companies, it seems to be a desperate attempt for final quarter profits but for others, a chance to seize the subculture fandom that is horror movie mania and collectibles. One such company that is no stranger to the demand and longing of Halloween seasonal merchandise is Tatuaje Cigars, Inc.

For the past decade or so, the company has been providing fans and cigar connoisseurs with special addition Halloween-themed cigars, that only release once a year for a short run .This short run of Halloween-themed cigars is known as Tatujes Monster mash. Such a fitting name considering that each box comes with fourteen individually cured and crafted cigars, each one resembling a horror iconic monster from the silver screen.

With Halloween just a few weeks away, Tatuaje’s latest installment in its Halloween-themed Monster Series is on its way to stores. But instead of just a single new cigar, Pete Johnson is releasing the Tatuaje Monster Mash, a sampler with 14 cigars in it that feature the previous 13 Monster Series releases in a new vitola, as well as the debut of a new Monster Series cigar.

The sampler box is made of Spanish cedar for aroma freshness and is cleverly designed in the shape of a coffin. The box has also had a mild "paint job", blood drops. For a better description of the monster mash's unique blends and sizes, we took to halfwheel.com to explain in detail what each cigar entails.
