MONDO And The Real Ghostbusters Team Up For Epic New Action Figure Line

Over the weekend huge news for action figure collectors came out of Chicago’s C2E2 that Mondo will be teaming up with The Real Ghostbusters for an all new line of figures!

The folks over at Ghostbusters News were the first to let us know about the team up and have more to tell us fans below.

The site continues: As part of their live presentation, promo art for The Real Ghostbusters was shown, which included the characters of Peter Venkman, Egon Spengler, Ray Stantz, Winston Zeddemore, Janine Melnitz, and the series’ loveable mascot, Slimer.

Not much else was confirmed for The Real Ghostbusters line from Mondo other than the figures will be 6.5’ scale. The next expected update from Mondo about the line is set for San Diego Comic Con so stay tuned for that.

The site also details that Mondo artist Alex Brewer would share some images of what the figures COULD look like, sculpting not only the lead heroes but also adaptations of the Kenner pack-in specters and a Fright Features Egon Spengler.
