TAROT Trailer Puts The Horror In Horoscope!

Mysticism and horror have been fine bedfellows for as long as the genre has been around. Mixing various elements from different cultures, religions, and beliefs to terrify even the most pedestrian individuals into believing in something more than the literal world around us. While some of these films resonate with varying degrees of success, Tarot, the new supernatural horror film from Sony Pictures Entertainment is sure to lend us a hand we are scared to have.

Based on the trailer, shared below, this looks to have similar vibes to the Dark Castle remake of 13 Ghosts, albeit with a more fortune-telling twist. The synopsis from the film is below, and look for it only in theaters this May!

When a group of friends recklessly violates the sacred rule of Tarot readings – never use someone else’s deck – they unknowingly unleash an unspeakable evil trapped within the cursed cards. One by one, they come face to face with fate and end up in a race against death to escape the future foretold in their readings.
