DAVID CRONENBERG’S CRIMES OF THE FUTURE WILL HEAD TO DECAL BLU-RAY

A preliminary date has been announced for Decal Releasing’s upcoming Blu-ray release of David Cronenberg’s new film, CRIMES OF THE FUTURE, starring Viggo Mortensen, Léa Seydoux, and Kristen Stewart. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on August 9, 2022.
In the film, as the human species adapts to a synthetic environment, the body undergoes new transformations and mutations. With his partner Caprice (Léa Seydoux), Saul Tenser (Viggo Mortensen), celebrity performance artist, publicly showcases the metamorphosis of his organs in avant-garde performances. Timlin (Kristen Stewart), an investigator from the National Organ Registry, obsessively tracks their movements, which is when a mysterious group is revealed… Their mission – to use Saul's notoriety to shed light on the next phase of human evolution.
The film will make its Cannes Film Festival debut next week, with a wide release in June 2022. Pre-order for the Blu-ray is available now through Amazon for $22.99 USD.
