Hayden Hewitt Returns To Talk More About "CARA" And The Current State Of Genre Film (INTERVIEW)

One of the best/worst things about horror journalism is that we are often confined to speaking with filmmakers for a limited period of time while they juggle press junkets and answering the same questions over and over. It’s a chance for filmmakers to share their story with outlets like Macabre Daily, but it often is limited to 10-15 minutes in length which means the depth of discussion can only be so deep. Sometimes, we get a chance to go for a second round and that’s exactly what we’ve done here!

Hot off the heels of his recently released gritty horror film, “Cara” (read our review) filmmaker Hayden Hewitt and Macabre Daily’s Matt Orozco go back for round two as they discuss more about “Cara” and the current state of genre film.
