Jill "Sixx" Gevargizian and Cast of "GHOST GAME" (2024) Discuss The Scary Side Of Internet Trends (INTERVIEW)

At a certain age, you start to lose sight of the latest and great social trends. Before social media, you’d simply “age out” of things that are deemed for the younger folks, but now it is easier than ever to know what trends are captivating the youth. All you need is an internet connection and some social media accounts. The innocent side of internet trends looks a lot like the Ice Bucket Challenge or Cinnamon Challenge, but the darker side looks a lot like Swatting and The Blackout Challenge where things can become real and scary at the same time. “Ghost Game”, the upcoming film from DREAD Presents and Epic Pictures Group takes on one of these internet challenges, and you guessed it, it’s not good.

Ahead of the film’s release on October 18, 2024, in theaters and October 22, 2024, on VOD, Macabre Daily sat down with Director Jill “Sixx” Gevargizian along with cast members Kia Dorsey, Zaen Hadir, and Michael C. Williams to learn more about what it was like making “Ghost Game” and how they would react to internet trendsetters hiding out in their homes!
