"SAW X" comes to home on VOD this Friday October 20th!

 

If you love Jigsaw, and we don’t mean the puzzles, then there is a good chance you were able to catch the newest film it the long-running Saw franchise, Saw X. Starring Tobin Bell and offering yet another divergent timeline to the series, this entry has not only been the highest reviewed film in the series, but it also boasts a return to form that had many long-time fans pleasantly surprised.

If you missed the illustrious 10th film in theaters, never fear as Saw X will be available to stream at home this coming Friday! For those physical media collectors out there, Lionsgate has also released the artwork and special features for Saw X, although you’ll have to wait until November 21st to pick it up!

If you were too scared to see SAW X in theaters, you can now watch it at home! The best reviewed SAW film in franchise history (“Certified Fresh” on Rotten Tomatoes) is coming to Premium Video on Demand and Premium Electronic Sell-Through on October 20 from Lionsgate, just in time for Halloween. Critics called SAW X “one of the best films of the franchise” (Fangoria) and said it “gives the fans what they want” (The New York Times) with the “best traps of any of the films” (Indiewire), and on November 21, it’s available to own on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital, Blu-ray + DVD + Digital, and DVD. SAW X is now in theaters nationwide.
 
The 4K transfer for SAW X features Jigsaw’s highly anticipated return in eye-exploding HDR10, along with a terror-inducing Dolby Atmos audio mix. Special features include a multipart “making of” documentary called Reawakening, over a dozen deleted scenes, and more, totaling over three hours of bonus material.  
 
John Kramer (Tobin Bell) is back. The most chilling installment of the SAW franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game. Set between the events of SAW I and II, this story finds a sick and desperate John traveling to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of obtaining a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, John returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through a series of ingenious and terrifying traps.
