‘The Conjuring’ and ‘SAW X’ Coming to Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest as All-New Mazes

Six Flags is upping the stakes for this years annual FRIGHT FEST event at the park. On Sunday, Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest held its 30th-anniversary panel at Midsummer Scream. During the panel, the theme park outlined its plans for Halloween 2023, including two all-new mazes inspired by the Warner Bros. film “The Conjuring” and the upcoming Lionsgate film “SAW X.”

In the new “The Conjuring” maze, guests will be transported to the secluded farmhouse of the Perron family, which has been terrorized and plagued by sinister spirits.

In the “SAW X” maze, guests will experience the return of Jigsaw as they attempt to survive his ingenious and terrifying traps in the untold story of his most personal game yet.

The two all-new mazes will join returning mazes Vault 666 Unlocked, Sewer of Souls, Willoughby’s Resurrected, Truth or Dare (which is being completely revamped for 2023), and Aftermath 2 Chaos Rising.

This is a huge win for Six Flags as there has never been a maze adapted for any of the Conjuring films and this sets right Fest apart this year by bounds. Could Six Flags be trying to take the haunted attraction thrown from Halloween Horror Nights? We don’t think its possible but who knows.

Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest will return for 30 nights, the most ever, beginning September 8, 2023, and on select nights through October 31.
