CASTLE ROCK Gets The AXE From HULU

News has just came our way that CASTLE ROCK on Hulu has been denied a 3rd season and given the axe by the studio.

Our friends over at TVLINE have confirmed this news and had this to say on the matter.

“A specific reason for the show being axed hasn't been revealed, but it's almost certainly a combination of low viewership and cost cutting as a result of COVID.”

Never fear though, there is a slew of Stephen King on the way. CBS All Access is going to still deliver THE STAND adaptation as well as J.J. Abrams working on a Shining TV series for HBO Max.

Were you a fan of Castle Rock? We hope that if you were you take solace in the fact the show had a good little run and brought together many of King’s works together in a town that had many mysterious and left us wanting more.
