CLOCK TOWER: REWIND Pre-Orders Open Up Tomorrow At LIMITED RUN GAMES!

For a certain age of horror fan, the Clock Tower series will conjure up a lot of nostalgia. Arguably one of the first survival horror games out there, it got overshadowed by Resident Evil despite having some genuinely terrifying moments and a unique approach to a new genre. The games were a hit in Japan, and saw some success in North America, but not enough to sustain a continuous franchise. Thankfully, companies like Limited Run Games are doing the work of unsung heroes by immortalizing old games on new platforms. Clock Tower: Rewind is a point-and-click adventure game that never debuted in North America and will be seeing it’s first official release here come tomorrow. For more details check out the below!

From the website description:

Turn back the clock for one of the pioneers of the survival-horror genre. Translated and released outside of Japan for the first time, Clock Tower: Rewind is a revival of the terror-inducing 16-bit classic that dares you to explore the haunting confines of the Barrows family manor. As teenage orphan Jennifer, you must search every disturbing corner to find items, reveal secrets, and discover ways to evade Scissorman, a murderous, unstoppable, shears-wielding psychopath.

Additional features include a new animated intro, opening and ending vocal theme songs, motion-comic cutscenes, creator interview, art gallery, border artwork, save states, and a music player.
