'CLUE' Remake Starring Ryan Reynolds Gets A New Writer!
We couldn’t make this up if we tried (sigh) a ‘CLUE’ remake is in the works from 20th Century studios and it is starring Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool, Free Guy). Today we have word that the film has added a new writer to the fold.
Deadline reports that Oren Uziel (The Lost City, Escape Room: Tournament of Champions, The Cloverfield Paradox) has reportedly been hired to give the upcoming movie’s script a “big reworking.”
Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland, Deadpool) wrote the current draft.
James Bobin (The Muppets) will be directing the Clue reboot for 20th Century Studios.
We don’t have much news besides that for this one but we’re sure we will be rolling our eyes more and more as the news develops.
‘CLUE’ was created way back in 1943 then famously made into a flick in 1985 starring Tim Curry.
