Dead Sky Introduces "THE ORDER OF THE CIRCLE" To Exact Revenge From Hell!

No matter what your horror poison is, there is a plethora of options to choose from these days! From video games to board games, movies to graphic novels, horror is everywhere and we couldn’t be more excited about that. Granted, it is October, the designated spookiest month of the year, but the horror train was running full-steam ahead well before it passed into the Halloweentown station. Comics and graphic novels are no strangers to the genre, and have contributed some of the best ideas and greatest film adaptations the genre has seen, which is why we are excited to see what Dead Sky Publishing and Writer Levi Cory along with Illustrator Elisabeth Mkheidze are working on with their latest series, “The Order of the Circle.”

Check out the synopsis below, along with a quote from Cory himself, and look out for a review coming this month!

Synopsis

London. The winter of 1952. A mysterious and deadly smog has enveloped the city, leaving it in a panic. Crime is up, hospitals are overrun, businesses are closed, and all travel is shut down.

It’s the perfect cover for Dorothy Schafer to carry out her revenge plan against The Circle, an agency of mages and witches sworn to protect London from crime and disease since the Middle Ages.

The Circle has sentenced Dorothy’s husband, John, to death by murder and the punishment was swift: a summoned demon dragged him straight to Hell. To get vengeance, Dorothy undertakes a daunting quest to craft a blade to battle against The Circle . . . and Hell itself.

"The world we have created in THE ORDER OF THE CIRCLE is vast. It's a history we are all familiar with from World Wars to famines and plagues and technological advances, but here, the art of magic has been at the center of it all. The inhabitants of this world have harnessed its power to heal the sick and enforce the law, and there's a woman named Dorothy fighting for her own truth against these groups, fighting against the oppression, the control, and the hierarchy of judgment within this system to get revenge for the death of her husband. And it doesn't stop there; she also vows revenge against the demons who dragged her husband to Hell. "

"It's a tale of morality. What would you do to avenge the death of your loved one, right or wrong? How far would you push yourself to kill a demon? Dorothy is going to surprise you." - Levi Cory, Writer
