FANTASTIC FEST 2024: In "BOOKWORM" (2024) Ant Timpson And Elijah Wood Talk Fantasy And Fatherhood (INTERVIEW)

When you think of the name Ant Timpson your first thought isn’t likely to be about a teenage drama about fatherhood. You’d probably be thinking about one of his many genre productions like “The Greasy Strangler” or “Turbo Kid” as well as his directorial debut, “Come To Daddy”, but in “Bookworm”, Timpson shows a more tender and commercial side. To boot, he has the acting chops of Elijah Wood in the role of Strawn Wise. Wood is someone who needs no introduction for his decades of work in some of the most iconic films in history. He also is a horror fan and successfully out-creeped Joe Spinell in his 2012 “Maniac” remake.
