"FOR SALE BY EXORCIST" (2025) Filmmaker Melissa LaMartina Gives Us A Tour Of Her Haunted Horror Comedy (INTERVIEW)

Buying a home in this economy is a horror show all of it’s own. From sniping cash buyers to fluxuating mortgage rates and increasing property taxes, home buying is becoming something fraught with so much tension we wouldn’t be surprised to see “contract horror” becoming a blossoming new genre, but we digress. With all the houses out there, there are probably some that are haunted, if you believe that is. These properties may remain vacant due to their fraught history, but times are tough and people need homes so why not hire a real estate agent who exorcises demons while you’re house hunting? That’s the hilarious premsie behind DREAD Presents latest mockumentary horror comedy, “For Sale By Exorcist.”
