New GHOSTBUSTERS Game Being Worked On By Illfonic Studios?

As Ghostbusters: Afterlife slimes it’s way into theaters this November, news has come our way that a new video game based on the film might just be in development.

This is all according to singer/songwriter/record producer Raphael Saadiq, of all people.

Snagged by PCGamesN, while on the Questlove Supreme podcast, Saadiq dropped news about an hour into the episode that his studio Illfonic is currently working on the game. No other information was given on the project, nor has there been an official announcement.

The studio is no slouch when it comes to great Video Games, they were behind the tunes for Friday: The 13th The Game as well as Predator: Hunting Grounds.

More news on this as it develops.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife, starring Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace and Paul Rudd and directed by Jason Reitman, opens in theaters on November 19, 2021.
