SDCC 2023: AMC ANNOUNCES 2ND SEASON FOR BOTH WALKING DEAD SPINOFFS, DEAD CITY, DARYL DIXON, AND MORE VAMPIRES!

SAN DIEGO COMIC CON 2023 is well underway and Macabre Daily is there getting some of the best horror news making the rounds in Southern California! For fans of THE WALKING DEAD and AMC’S INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE it looks like there will be lots of new seasons and spin-offs to look forward to.

Earlier today, AMC Networks presented a Walking Dead Universe Fan Watch Party in Comic-Con International’s Hall H. Hosted by TV Guide’s Damian Holbrook, attendees were given an exclusive first look at trailers and teases from series in the Walking Dead Universe, including:

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which premieres Sunday, September 10 at 9pm/8c on AMC and AMC+, has also been renewed for a second season.

• The first ten minutes of the series premiere episode will be available exclusively on AMC+ beginning Saturday, July 22.

The series’ final six episodes premiere Sunday, October 22 at 9pm ET/8c on AMC and AMC+.

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live announced as the official title for the upcoming series, starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira, who reprise their fan-favorite roles as Rick and Michonne, debuting in 2024.
