ARROW VIDEO ANNOUNCE FEBRUARY STREAMING TITLES

ARROW VIDEO’s subscription service, ARROW PLAYER, is set to play host to a flurry of new and exclusive titles this February.

Leading the way is DAVID BUCHANAN’s surreal science fiction comedy LAGUNA AVE. about a disaffected former musician with a prosthetic hand who is drawn into the mysterious and sinister world of his downstairs neighbour. Somewhat fittingly, THE SLEEPER MUST AWAKEN: MAKING DUNE, a feature-length documentary about the making of the DAVID LYNCH cult favourite, follows in the distinctly Lynchian footsteps of LAGUNA AVE. Featuring new and archival interviews with the cast and crew, THE SLEEPER MUST AWAKEN promises to be as thorough an examination of the making of DUNE as you could ever hope to see. Both titles drop on February 1st.

In addition to these exclusives, U.S. viewers are set to be on the receiving end of the VINEGAR SYNDROME COLLECTION: VOLUME 1 which includes, amongst other titles, SPOOKIES, THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD, and the borderline experimental NIGHT TRAIN TO TERROR.

Those looking to the set the mood on Valentine’s Day need look no further than the high-octane strangeness of WHITE FIRE, THE ZERO BOYS, and WOLF GUY which are all seeing their ARROW PLAYER debut on the 14th February. Do not underestimate how truly bizarre at least two of these movies really are.

And finally, on February 18th, DAN CURTIS’ DRACULA starring JACK PALANCE is available for streaming in all territories where ARROW PLAYER is available. And before you consider watching this ironically, consider the fact that DAN CURTIS is the director responsible for TRILOGY OF TERROR, BURNT OFFERINGS, and THE NIGHT STRANGLER. So show some goddamn respect.
