Black Mirror is BACK: Teaser Trailer and Cast Revealed for Season 6

“You’ve been wondering. You’ve been waiting. You’ve been warned.”

The moment we’ve all been anticipating is finally here… After a four-year hiatus, Netflix’s Black Mirror is back. We finally have a release date, teaser trailer, and an all-new star-studded cast.

The previous season of ‘Black Mirror’ was released on June 5th, 2019 with a whopping three episodes. Coincidentally, season six is set to premiere also in June of this year (and hopefully with more episodes.) I’m not sure if it’s because I love a good anthology series, but something about ‘Black Mirror’ has always kept me hooked and wanting more. Each episode is so immersive and you build such a deep connection with the characters that sometimes you feel as if you’re living vicariously through them. Specifically speaking, episodes such as ‘The Entire History of You’ and ‘San Junipero’ (if you haven’t already watched them, I highly suggest you do now.)

Now to get back to this new cast; and let me tell you, we’ve been blessed. Aaron Paul, Michael Cera, Annie Murphy, Kate Mara, Rory Culkin, and Salma Hayek Pinault just to name a few. Charlie Brooker always presents us with such a diverse and talented roster, but he’s really got us amped up with this one.

Brooker quoted in an interview with Netflix about the upcoming season “I’ve always felt that Black Mirror should feature stories that are entirely distinct from one another, and keep surprising people — and myself — or else what’s the point? It should be a series that can’t be easily defined, and can keep reinventing itself.”
