'FRIDAY THE 13th: THE FINAL CHAPTER Getting New Steelbook Blu-Ray Release In January
Paramount is bringing Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter to steelbook next year. This new addition is joining the previously announced first three films with steelbooks as well.
Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter comes to SteelBook Blu-ray on January 10, 2023, following in the wake of solo Steelbooks for the first two movies as well as an 8-film Steelbook set.
Like the previous movies, this new Steelbook release features a pre-existing disc housed inside of new packaging, so there’s nothing new here aside from that Steelbook case.
“This new LMITED EDITION Blu-ray SteelBook celebrates the iconic fourth installment in the Friday the 13th franchise, remastered in 2020 from original film elements.
“Picking up immediately from PART 3, Jason’s killing spree continues despite being presumed dead. As the body count rises upon Jason’s return to Crustal Lake, a young boy named Tommy Jarvis finds himself a potential opponent of the unstoppable killer.”
