Ghostbusters 4 and Venom 3 Announced By Sony During CinemaCon!

This is by no means a surprise but we are still stoked for this news. Sony Pictures has announced that both Ghostbusters and Venom will get additional sequels! The news comes to us today from the annual event known as CinemaCon.

During Sony’s presentation today at CineamCon in Las Vegas, they showed a sizzle reel for upcoming flicks and two caught our eye right away. One was a title card for Venom 3 and another title card for a sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife. This technically makes it the fourth film in the franchise.

There is no dates of release given at this time or even cast info but we are pretty confident Tom Hardy will return as Venom…it would be a travesty otherwise in our opinion.

We all know Ghostbusters is a powerhouse when it comes to Pop Culture so a sequel to one of the best films of 2021 was a natural decision. Who will return from Ghostbusters: Afterlife though? We have no clue…as of yet that is.
