HALLOWEEN KILLS Producer Hints At A Possible Continuation For HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH!
Halloween Kills is a little less than 2 weeks away from (hopefully) scaring the bejesus out of us and the franchise is scheduled for a third installment to the current David Gordon Green storyline, Halloween Ends. That though, may be the end of our beloved Michael Myers but what about the rest of the Halloween universe?
Yep, we’re talking Halloween III: Season Of The Witch. Today, our friends at Comicbook.com caught up with Halloween Kills producer, Rayn Freimann. The conversation focuses on whether or not the franchise was impacted by Covid (of course it was) but one point that stuck out was the possibility of other HALLOWEEN films or media to keep the series as a whole relevant.
“I think there are other ways and other mediums in which to explore this franchise," the producer pointed out. "I wouldn't necessarily say ... I mean, there's always interest in exploring [Halloween III:] Season of the Witch again. Is it something we'd race to do? I don't know. Our focus has been COVID delays, figuring out how to do Halloween Ends and shoot it, COVID protocols on that, all of those things, coming out of that. That's been our focus ... But I think it would be something, where we explore other outside areas of the Halloween universe."
He added, "I think after this many films, too, we have to look other places, just to get a little more creative, right?"
Even though this is just talk as of now, could we see a continuation of the events that took place during Halloween III? More importantly, will Tom Atkins reprise his role?!
More on this as we get it.
