ICYMI: Winona Ryder Is Back As Lydia Deetz In New Set Photos From 'BEETLEJUICE 2'
Filming is now underway on Tim Burton’s ‘BEETLEJUICE 2’ and filming is taking place in London and Daily Mail UK has shared some photos from the set yesterday. The paparazzi shots, which you’ll find below, give us our first look at Winona Ryder’s impending return as Lydia Deetz.
Warner Bros. brings the sequel to theaters on September 6, 2024.
Jenna Ortega (“Wednesday,” Scream VI) is joining Michael Keaton in the long-awaited sequel, with Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara both returning.
Monica Bellucci (Irreversible) will be playing Beetlejuice’s wife!
No word yet on plot details, but it’s known that Jenna Ortega will be playing the daughter of Lydia Deetz, the character Winona Ryder is of course returning to play.
Willem Dafoe and Justin Theroux recently joined the cast as well, with frequent Burton collaborator Danny Elfman coming back to compose the film’s score.
