There’s no release date as of yet, but you can wishlist it now on the PlayStation Store (and Steam).
Along with the remake, Konami also announced a new entry in Silent Hill: Townfall, which is being worked on by Annapurna Interactive and No Code Games. The trailer doesn’t reveal too much but expect more on it soon.

The new game is described as “live, real-time interactive series” where millions of fans will watch together and interact as the story unfolds. Players will be able to change the outcome of the story, and even be part of the scenes. “Genvid’s experience presents a wild, epic and innovative new way to immerse yourself in the horrors of Silent Hill,” says J.J. Abrams. You can head over to Ascension.com to sign up for updates.
Lastly, Silent Hill f was also announced with a new trailer. Developed by Neobards Entertainment and with a story by Ryukishi07, there’s again not much to go on as of yet. However, the game will be set in 1960s Japan, and boy does this game look like a creep-fest for sure.
Finally, Christophe Gans has revealed his new film, Return to Silent Hill, which appears to adapt the story of Silent Hill 2. According to Gans, the film will focus on psychological horror, even though all the same creatures and memorable sequences from the game will be present.
