Trash Returns for ROTLD 40th Anniversary In "TRASH'S REVENGE"!
Few films in the horror lexicon are considered “sacred”, and we’d argue that “Return of the Living Dead” is one of those untouchable horror films that defies remake attempts and stands alone in it’s glory. One of the hallmark cast members is none other than the Punk Rock switchblade sister of Trash, played by genre legend Linnea Quigley. Her performance as Trash is singular without compare, a fully realized and fully nude dance number that sees Quiqley baring it all before becoming dinner to a cemetery of hungry zombies. It seems that we haven’t heard that last of Trash, and a new feature is ramping up production on Indiegogo that is sure to appeal to fans of the character and the world that ROTLD inhabits.
Starring a slew of easily recognizable genre actors and ROTLD familiars, “Trash’s Revenge” is a new story taking place in the world of “Return of the Living Dead”. Featuring all-new music and some wicked special effects support from Tony Gardner this new is ramping up it’s crowdfunding efforts and they need our help! DRagon Studios presents a new feature film from The Return of the Living Dead Universe titled, "Trash's Revenge".
Linnea Quigley and Beverly Randolph will produce and star along with ROTLD original cast members Thom Mathews, John Philbin, and Miguel Nunez. Composer, Francis Haines who did the original ROTLD soundtrack is also returning for "Trash's Revenge" along with Make-up great, Tony Gardner.
It's the 40th anniversary of this horror cult classic and they're ALL back from the grave and ready to party like it's 1985.
The original story is about two bumbling employees at a medical supply warehouse who accidentally release a deadly gas into the air, the vapors cause the dead to rise again as zombies.
"Trash's Revenge" story has yet to be revealed but with the iconic original cast on board, it's already a can't miss reboot.
