If you are into true crime, this one’s for you. The Hulu original docuseries “How I Caught My Killer” returns for its second season, premiering ten all-new episodes on Thursday, July 18th exclusively on Hulu. This series highlights real-life unique homicide cases with authentic archival material and in-depth interviews. With added cinematic recreations, giving us a sense of what truth could be hiding in plain sight.

In season one, we learned about the case of 21-year-old college student Jesse Valencia who was found with his throat slashed. Also that of 14-year-old Shaniesha Forbes who never made it home one day after school, and was found days later deceased on a Brooklyn beach. Both cases leave a chill down our spine, and we’re intrigued by what season two will consist of.

From the Press Release:

“Every curated case details a complex portrait of a human being whose life was cut short by a killer that would have escaped justice if it hadn’t been for the victim’s own actions. Ultimately, the twists and turns of the investigations into these victim-solved crimes expose an awful truth in America today: our systemic failures as a nation all too frequently deny many citizens justice. Each episode forces us to confront the harsh reality that our system is blind to many underserved and invisible communities that make up a disproportionate percentage of the people who lose their lives to homicide every year.”
