Kristen Stewart Gets Violent in A24 Romantic Thriller 'LOVE LIES BLEEDING' [Trailer]

A24 runs the gambit when it comes to flicks that grab us by the throat and don’t let up. The newest flick from ‘Saint Maude’ director Rose Glass, Love Lies Bleeding, sees Kristen Stewart embark on a vengeance quest in the name of love. We have a trailer for the new film below which shows how deadly and violent love can sometimes be.

Katy O’Brian stars alongside Kristen Stewart (Underwater) in the upcoming film from A24, which is said to be “a romance fueled by ego, desire and the American Dream.”

In the film, “Reclusive gym manager Lou falls hard for Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder headed through town to Las Vegas in pursuit of her dream. But their love ignites violence, pulling them deep into the web of Lou’s criminal family.”

Kristen Stewart, Katy O’Brian (“The Walking Dead”), Dave Franco (“The After Party”), Ed Harris (“Westworld”), Anna Baryshnikov (“Dickinson”) and Jena Malone (“Goliath”) star.

Acclaimed director and double BAFTA nominee Rose Glass teams with A24 and Film4 for the new film. Glass directed from a script she co-wrote with Weronika Tofilska.

A24 will produce alongside Andrea Cornwell for Lobo Films and Oliver Kassman for Escape Plan Productions. A24 will handle the global release of the film.

Film4 have developed the film alongside the filmmakers and will co-finance.

Love Lies Bleeding is set to make its World Premiere at the upcoming Sundance Film Festival 2024.
