New Podcast "PLAYING DEAD" To Focus On Iconic On Screen Deaths In Pop Culture From Lionsgate Sound

Well the demented folks over at Lionsgate Sound want to harness your childhood trauma and talk about this and many other deaths in pop culture in a new podcast entitled “PLAYING DEAD.”
“Playing Dead” will debut on November 29th(Next week) with ne episodes roilling out every Tuesday and focus on some of the most iconic deaths we’ve seen on screen that weren’t necessarily in the horror genre and talk to those who brought them to life…or death…however ya wanna look at it.
From Stranger Things, Marvel’s The Punisher, Nightmare on Elm Street, Star Wars, NeverEnding Story, Suicide Squad, Hook, all these films and more will be discussed on “Playing Dead” with your host Michael Nathanson.
Also we can confirm some big news that “Playing Dead” is set to record a very special bonus episode at L.A. Comic Con at Noon on December 4th with the incomparable Keith David (“The Thing” , “Nope”). This one-of-a kind podcast is a mashup of a celebration of geekdom and the eulogy the actors were never able to give for their legendary characters. Each conversation is an emotional roller coaster as talking about the role leads to a larger discussion about the actor’s life and career that led to that moment.
WHO: The podcast is hosted by actor Michael Nathanson, best known for his role as Sam Stein, the late agent in Netflix’s Marvel’s The Punisher, who will be interviewing the actors and creators who brought life, and subsequently death, to these quintessential pop culture icons.
