TFR Announces Partnership With U.K. Based Platform NYX TV

The rapid increase of streaming services dedicated to horror movies has transformed the genre's accessibility and diversity immensely in the past few years. These horror-specific streaming services have a growing library of horror movies catering to a wide range of tastes and sub-genres. Platforms like Shudder, & Screambox horror sections have been providing curated collections of classic and contemporary horror films, indie gems, and exclusive content for the last few years. This growth has not only expanded the audience for horror but has also created a vibrant community of fans/creators who are driving innovation and ensuring a steady stream of fresh, terrifying content.

It was recently announced by TERROR FILMS RELEASING that they have teamed with streaming platform NYX TV to share their chilling library with even more horror fans across the globe.

NYX curates an extensive collection of blood-curdling fan-favorite movies and is poised to become the ultimate haven for connoisseurs of the horror genre. NYX has a strong diversity mandate and will bring these voices to the screens through its programming and marketing strategies.

“We are thrilled to be working with a horror-centric platform like NYX.  It will give our filmmakers a new opportunity to be discovered by their engaged followers”, stated TFR CEO Joe Dain in the TFR press release for this announcement.

NYX will also feature exclusive original programming designed specifically for horror enthusiasts. From gripping anthology series exploring dark urban legends to in-depth interviews with renowned directors and actors from the genre—NYX has it all covered! Currently, NYX is only available in the U.K. and Canada, but the platform will begin to roll out in the U.S. by the end of the year.

Corinne Ferguson, CEO of NYX Corporation, also had this to say about the partnership from the TFR press release for this announcement:

NYX is excited to partner with Terror Films to bring their stellar content, such as ‘Hell House LLC’ and its sequels, to the NYX fan base across the world. Starting in August, Terror Films will be part of your weekly scares here at NYX. I am excited to bring this thought-provoking programming to our ever-evolving fan base.”
