Bette Midler Confirms Production On 'HOCUS POCUS 2' Has Wrapped!
Bette Midler has wrapped filming on the much anticipated Hocus Pocus 2 for Disney. The 76-year old actress famously portrayed Winifred Sanderson in the original 1993 film. Alongside Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker, the Sanderson sisters have cemented themselves as Halloween mainstays and this new film hopefully will be just as revered as the original.
Nearly three decades after Hocus Pocus was released, fans cackled with glee on the news in 2020 of a sequel with the original cast.
After over four months of long shoot days, Midler announces that she has finally wrapped production on Hocus Pocus 2. The leading lady took to Twitter on the evening of Wednesday, January 26.
The image looks to be that of a cupcake topper and thus leads us to believe the whole production is done and this was taken during the wrap party. For right now anyway, its great to know that Hocus Pocus 2 has wrapped filming with its lead witch.
