Giancarlo Esposito Latest To Join Cast Of Mysterious UNIVERSAL MONSTER Film From Radio Silence

Giancarlo Esposito is a man of great intimidation and his acting chops are down right scary. So it makes perfect sense that he is the latest cast member for the, yet to be titled, Universal Monster flick, coming from Radio Silence.

Deadline reports as well that the film now has a release date of  April 19, 2024.

Dan Stevens (The Guest), Alisha Weir (Matilda: The Musical), Kevin Durand (“The Strain”), Kathryn Newton (Freaky), Angus Cloud and Will Catlett also star.

Melissa Barrera, who plays a pivotal role in Radio Silence’s two Scream movies, recently signed on to lead the cast of the mysterious untitled horror movie.

THR previews, “The project was at one point titled Dracula’s Daughter. That project centered on a group of kidnappers who abduct a band of young people, one of whom ends up being the titular character. Woe then betides the kidnappers. Weir is playing the kidnappee who proves to be more than she appears, with Barrera playing one of the kidnappers.”

Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett will direct with Chad Villella serving as producer alongside William Sherak, Paul Neinstein and James Vanderbilt at Project X Entertainment.

The script was written by Stephen Shields, with revisions by Guy Busick.
