Official Poster For 'ORPHAN: FIRST KILL' Teases The Return Of Esther; Trailer Coming Soon!

She’s Back!

Esther will return in the prequel to The Orphan entitled Orphan: First Kill, with Isabelle Fuhrman reprising the role and William Brent Bell (The Boy, Separation) directing the movie.

Orphan: First Kill has been acquired for release by Paramount, we have no info on release date at this time. It is indeed coming soon though and has already been rated ‘R’.

In Orphan: First Kill, “Leena Klammer (aka Esther) orchestrates a brilliant escape from an Estonian psychiatric facility and travels to America by impersonating the missing daughter of a wealthy family. But Leena’s new life as “Esther” comes with an unexpected wrinkle and pits her against a mother who will protect her family at any cost.”

Old school trickery, we’ve heard, will allow Fuhrman to reprise the role of Esther.
