RON PERLMAN, LIN SHAYE, AND KATE BOSWORTH ATTACHED TO NEW RENNY HARLIN HORROR-THRILLER, “CARRIER”

RON PERLMAN (Hellboy, Sons of Anarchy, Aliens:Resurrection), LIN SHAYE (Insidious, Ouija), and KATE BOSWORTH (Superman Returns, 21, Blue Crush) are attached to star in RENNY HARLIN’s upcoming horror-thriller, CARRIER, according to a Deadline exclusive.
According to Deadline, the film is being penned by JOSH CAMPBELL and MATT STUECKEN, of 10 Cloverfield Lane fame: “Josh and Matt have created a spellbinding screenplay, which provides me with an arsenal of exceptional characters, non-stop twists and turns, and groundbreaking action. Our fantastic cast, led by Kate Bosworth, Ron Perlman and Lin Shaye is a genre enthusiast’s dream come true,” said Harlin.
CARRIER centers around a dysfunctional family who escape to a small island when a mysterious phenomenon leads to widespread frenzy.
Principal photography is scheduled to begin in Fall of 2022 and will be produced by Harlin’s and DJ Parmar’s Extraordinary Entertainment, along with Sentient Pictures International (SPI).
