Sony Shifts Release Date Of 'MORBIUS' To April 1st - No We Aren't Joking
Well, as the title described, Sony has moved the upcoming Jared Leto starring vampire tale, ‘Morbius’, to an April 1st release date.
Originally the film was set to sink its fangs into theaters at the end of this month on January 28th.
Sony’s latest Spider-Man spinoff centers on Michael Morbius, a scientist who, in trying to find a cure for a rare blood disease, accidentally transforms himself into a living vampire. Though disgusted by his own bloodlust, he chooses to prey upon criminals he deems unworthy of life.
Just a few weeks ago, Sony released an ultra-violent trailer for the film, of course you can check it out here.
Daniel Espinosa directed the film.
