Academy award winning director Guillermo del Toro is at it again. This time with a new crime drama that is more than what it appears to be.

That’s what Nightmare Alley’s official poster questions. That answer will be revealed on December 17th when the film hits theaters. There will be a trailer drop tomorrow as well but for now, check out the official poster.
Bradley Cooper, Cate Blanchett, Toni Collette, Willem Dafoe, Richard Jenkins, Rooney Mara, Ron Perlman, Mary Steenburgen, and David Strathairn star in Nightmare Alley.
In the film…

The movie adapts the novel by William Lindsay Gresham.
The novel was published in 1946 and a movie was indeed made a year later in 1947 but this is the first modern take on the material since then.
