Corey Feldman Wants To Make One Final Sequel To 'THE LOST BOYS'
Corey Feldman has been all over the place in recent years and the possibility to revisit not only The Goonies but The Lost Boys has been something the actor has talked about in the past. Nothing has come of these talks besides a few low budget sequels for The Lost Boys but in a recent chat with Comicbook.com, Feldman details how one final sequel for The Lost Boys would be what fans want.
For both cases, Feldman says he would want to do it "the right way," with a budget and a cast list that's a little more befitting the '80s classics.
"I mean, we've done Lost Boys. We've done a couple sequels. I'd still like to do a final one that's done the right way, with a big budget and all the cast," Feldman said, adding that "We're very grateful that people still love the movie, that people still remember the movie, and now it's getting this re-release so it's kind of fresh and fun all over again.
Feldman also stated he wanted it to be a sequel and not a reboot or remake but as of this writing, we only know that this is all just early talks by Feldman. Whether or not one final Lost Boys film will come to see the light of day, is still very much a mystery.
If you recall there were two sequels to The Lost Boys. ‘Lost Boys: The Tribe’(2008) and ‘Lost Boys: The Thirst’ (2010), which were both VERY low budget and fans were not entirely happy with the outcomes of those flicks. So only time will tell if we get one more film in the franchise.
