Filming Has Officially Begun For Blumhouse's 'FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY's Movie
As we mentioned last year, Blumhouse’s Five Nights At Freddy’s flick has begun filming this month. Last night, Jason Blum himself sent out a tweet stating day one filming had begun.
The film appears to be shooting under the faux title Bad Cupcake, as seen on the clapper board in the photos Blum has shared tonight. You can check those out below.
Emma Tammi (The Wind) is directing Five Nights at Freddy’s for Blumhouse.
Matthew Lillard (Thir13en Ghosts, Scream) and Josh Hutcherson (Tragedy Girls) star in the long anticipated video game adaptation, alongside Mary Stuart Masterson (Skin).
Jim Henson’s Creature Shop has been hard at work on the monstrous animatronics!
Tammi, Scott Cawthon, and Seth Cuddeback wrote the screenplay for Five Nights at Freddy’s. Blumhouse is producing the film in association with Striker Entertainment. Scott Cawthon and Jason Blum will produce the film. Russell Binder is an executive producer.
