New Images From 'MaXXXine' Showcase Mia Goth, Kevin Bacon, And Sophie Thatcher

If you’re eager for the third installment in Ti West’s ‘X’ and ‘PEARL’ trilogy, ‘MaXXXine’ then you’re not alone as the flick is set to hit theaters on July 5th and just last night, Entertainment Weekly has shared four new images from the film so of course we got them for ya.

With her past catching up to her, Maxine attempts to make it big as a superstar in mid-80s Hollywood in the upcoming MaXXXine.

Trilogy director Ti West tells Entertainment Weekly in their preview piece, “The thing that the other two movies don’t have is that sort of scope. To try to do a big, sprawling Los Angeles ensemble movie is what the movie was, and that’s just a big undertaking. There’s a kind of noir-ish mystery vibe to the movie that’s very fun.”

Mia Goth stars alongside Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, Sophia Thatcher, and Kevin Bacon.

Here’s the official plot synopsis from A24 this week: “In 1980s Hollywood, adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx finally gets her big break. But as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Hollywood, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past.”

We expect ‘MaXXXine’ to be a crazy ride through 80s Los Angeles and with the Nightsalker roaming around, things are gonna get very interesting for Maxine.
