Ghostbusters 2 was the last time we saw Egon(on film anyway) with the other 3 members of the team. That was back in 1989! It’s now 2021 and many are wondering, what have our four favorite paranormal investigators been up to?
Ghostbusters: Afterlife, hitting theaters November 19th, 2021, might just give us the answers we’re seeking. Today a new international trailer has dropped for the film and it does shed some light on what, specifically, Egon, was up to.
Egon was always ahead of the curve and this new film will showcase just how far in advance he was preparing for something…BIG!

Afterlife‘s cast includes Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace and Paul Rudd.
Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver and Annie Potts are all coming back for this sequel to the original classic, reprising their iconic and beloved roles.
