Dahmer Was Just The Beginning…

That’s right folks, Ryan Murphy is back for the follow-up season of Monster for Netflix with “MONSTERS: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story" and we have the first official trailer for the series below.

Coming to Netflix on Sept. 19, 2024, “MONSTERS: THE LYLE AND ERIC MENENDEZ STORY” focuses on the two Menendez brothers and the brutal murder of their parents in 1989, the court case that ensued, and all the craziness that followed. (Both brothers were subsequently convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.)

The series stars  Nathan Lane, Ari Graynor, Leslie Grossman, Dallas Roberts, Paul Adelstein, Jason Butler Harner, Enrique Murciano, Michael Gladis, Drew Powell, Charlie Hall, Gil Ozeri, Jeff Perry, Tessa Auberjonois, Tanner Stine, Larry Clarke, Jade Pettyjohn, Marlene Forte, and Vicki Lawrence.

There’s no denying that the first season of Monster was a massive hit. It focused on serial killer and cannibal, Jeffrey Dahmer. That was a brutal show to sit through and from what we have gathered and seen so far for this second installment, we know it will be a smash hit with True Crime buffs everywhere. “MONSTER: Jeffrey Dahmer” was no joke for Netflix as it racked in over 1 billion hours viewed and that was just in the first 60 days it was up on the streamer.

Remember that Murphy inked a deal with Netflix for three seasons of MONSTER and the Menendez Brothers story is just the second one. We hope the third season is something just as off the wall as the first season was.

We’ll bring you more about “MONSTERS: THE LYLE AND ERIC MENENDEZ STORY” as we get it.
